We specialise in premium 100% Remy human hair extensions and professional hair accessories. While we strive to display products accurately, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud is suspected, products are unavailable, or pricing errors occur.

Shipping

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Polished Hair NZ is not responsible for delays once your parcel has been collected by the courier.

Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair extensions cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Product Care

Our hair extensions are made from premium 100% Remy human hair and require proper care to maintain their quality and lifespan.

Failure to follow the recommended aftercare instructions may affect the longevity of your extensions and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Limitation of Liability

Polished Hair NZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
